How we use AI

AI where it helps. People where it counts.

We use AI tools. Here is plainly where, why and where we draw the line.

We would rather tell you

Many agencies use AI quietly. We say it out loud. AI is a very good assistant for repetitive work and a poor replacement for judgement.

So that is how we use it: as help, with people making the decisions and checking the result.

The short version

01

Where AI helps

Drafts, repetitive code, checks, structuring content and spotting problems across a long list of pages.

02

Where people decide

Understanding your brief, making build decisions and reviewing the work before it reaches you.

03

What we will not do

Invent facts, fake reviews or sources, or promise results nobody can control.

04

Honest reporting

If we are unsure, or something is outside what we do well, we tell you straight.

Using AI responsibly

In building websites

AI helps with the repetitive parts: first drafts of code, spotting mistakes, tidying structure and checking many pages quickly. Our team decides what to build and how, reviews the output and tests it before it reaches you.

In AI SEO

AI helps us analyse a site, find the questions customers ask and draft clear answers. Everything is reviewed, edited and approved before it goes on a client’s site. We do not invent facts, reviews or sources.

Confidentiality

We work under NDA. If a project involves sensitive material, tell us and we will agree how it is handled before we begin.

Questions worth asking any partner who uses AI

  • Who reviews the work before it reaches me?
  • Who is responsible if something is wrong?
  • How is confidential client material handled?
  • Will you tell me when AI is involved?

Questions about AI

Do you use AI to build websites?

Yes, as an assistant. Our team makes the decisions and checks the result. AI helps with drafts, repetitive code and testing.

Will my client know AI was used?

Only if you tell them. We work under NDA and under your brand. We are happy to explain how we use AI if you or your client want to know.

Is AI-written code any good?

It can be very good when it is directed and checked properly, and poor when it is not. That is why every project is reviewed and tested on phones, tablets and desktop before it comes back to you.

Do you use AI to write content?

Sometimes, as a first draft. Everything is edited and checked before it is used, and we do not invent facts, reviews or sources.

Who is responsible for the final result?

We are. Whatever tools are used, Pixover is responsible for the work and for fixing what is wrong.

Can I ask you not to use AI on a project?

Yes. Tell us before we start and we will say what it means for the work.

Questions about how we work? Ask us.
