What we look after
Updates to WordPress itself, your theme and your plugins, tested before they go live so an update does not break your pages. Regular backups stored away from the server, so we can restore the site if something goes wrong. Security checks and malware scanning. Monitoring, so we notice if the site goes down before your customers do.
What a month looks like
Each month we run the updates, check the backups, scan for security problems and look at how the site is performing. You get a short summary of what we did and anything that needs your attention. Most months the answer is that everything is fine, which is exactly the point.
Changes when you need them
Need a new photo, a new price or an updated opening hours notice? Small content changes are part of the plan, so you are not paying for a new project every time something needs to change. Bigger jobs, such as a new section or a redesign, are quoted separately so you always know the cost first.
