Fixed scope and price
Everything is written down before we start. If the scope changes, we tell you the cost before doing anything.
A client has signed and the deadline is real. You need a team that can take the brief, ask the right questions and deliver without hand-holding.
That is what project builds are for. You get a written scope, a fixed price and a launch date. No hourly surprises.

You see progress on a staging site. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
We never contact your client and nothing we hand over carries our name.
Sign the NDA and send the brief, designs and deadline. We confirm scope and price in writing.
We build on private staging while you keep an eye on progress.
You review and we revise, within the rounds agreed up front.
We launch under your brand and fix anything in scope for 30 days.
Tell us about it and you will get a written quote.
A project build is the simplest way to try us. You send a brief and, ideally, finished designs. We reply with questions, then a written scope and a fixed price. After that, nobody is watching a clock.
The quote lists the pages, the features, the integrations and the number of revision rounds. If something changes along the way, we tell you the cost in writing before doing the extra work. That keeps you in control of your own margin when you resell the site.
We build on a private staging site so you can look at progress whenever you like. Nothing goes live until you say so. When you are happy, we launch it, hand over the files and a short guide, and stay available to fix anything from the original scope.
Every site is tested on phones, tablets and desktop, forms are tested end to end, links and images are checked, and basic search engine setup is in place. The full list is on our how it works page.
Choose a project when you have one defined site to build. Choose the dedicated team when you have a steady flow of smaller tasks. Plenty of agencies start with one project and move across once they see how we work.
Send the brief and any designs through the contact form. We ask questions if anything is unclear, then send a written scope and a fixed price. There is no obligation.
A brief, finished designs if you have them, any content and images, the pages and features you expect, and any logins or accounts we should know about. If something is missing, we tell you.
It happens. We flag it, give you the extra cost in writing, and only continue once you agree. You are never surprised by an invoice.
The number is agreed in the quote, so everyone knows where they stand. If you need more, we price them clearly.
We build from your designs. If you need design as well, mention it when you get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
You do. Once the project is paid for, the code, files and a short handover guide are yours.
Yes, and many agencies do. A small project is the easiest way to see how we communicate and what the quality is like before you commit to anything bigger.
Anything wrong from the original scope is fixed free for 30 days. After that, send it to the dedicated team or book it as a small task.
Yes. Tell us who to talk to and how you like to communicate and we will fit in.
Yes, as an assistant: for drafts, checks and repetitive work. People make the decisions and review the result before it reaches you. Our how we use AI page explains it in plain words.
