Before we see any client material we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). We do not share your client details, files or business information with anyone else.

Who owns the work

Once a project is paid for in full, the code, designs and files we create for it belong to you, apart from third-party software and licences that carry their own terms.

Our branding

On white label work we do not add our name or links to anything we deliver, and we do not contact your clients.
